About our Academy

Adams Sports Academy was originally named Adams Fundamentals Academy (AFA in short) and was founded in the Palouse region due to the lack of year-round developmental opportunities for youth basketball players. Coach Mario Adams (Founder/Owner) has over 20 years of experience coaching/playing the game. A Northern California native, Coach Adams has brought a wealth of knowledge to the area.

Coach Adams saw the talent of players here in the area and wanted to provide them with the tools to compete against their peers. Whether a player is just trying to make their middle school team, or have higher aspirations of playing College Basketball, Coach Adams and his staff are dedicated to helping players reach those goals. Our program has helped many athletes excel in the game and we are proud to have played a small part in their huge success.
